Youth

We are aware that teenagers are so often the lost generation in churches all around our nation. We recognize that building and investing in our youth is one of the most important aspects of our ministry here. Revelation Youth Fellowship is an organisation that runs every Sunday night from 6.45pm to 8.30pm in the Parish Centre for year 8s to year 14s. The aim of Revelation is to be a place of fellowship for our young people within the Parish. At Revelation we seek to encourage and explore the journey of faith we are all taking; we do this through group work, relevant topics and discussions, finishing the night with some games and fun activities.  On some occasions during the year we do trips away, such as weekends, bowling trips and many others. Revelation has a strong history of attending the likes of Summer Madness each year, which has always proven to be a great event.

At St John’s we take the safety of our youth seriously – you can find out more about our Safeguarding Policy here.
All Youth attending groups at St John’s must be registered. Click the button below to register a young person.

LOGIC is an initiative of St John’s Parish Church Moira – it was set up in 2001, to build bridges between the church and the community – offering young people between the ages of 12 – 18 a safe and friendly environment in which to socialise, make friends, experience exciting new challenges and make the most of opportunities that are offered.
